Refund policy

If you change your mind about a distance purchase, notify nove-web within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within the following 14 days. We also offer a 30-day store return period for unused, unwashed, and resalable items. Start the process by emailing trentbianca0421@outlook.com; wait for our return instructions before posting.

Keep proof of postage. You pay the cost of a voluntary change-of-mind return; we cover return costs for defective, incorrect, or damaged goods. A statutory cancellation refund includes the least expensive standard delivery charge. We refund after the goods arrive and are checked, normally within 14 days, using the original payment channel.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to faulty, unsafe, or not-as-described products. Depending on the circumstances, we will repair, replace, or refund. Exclusions for sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons apply only to voluntary cancellation, not to statutory remedies.
