Shipping policy

UK orders placed on nove-web.shop are prepared after payment confirmation. We aim to hand parcels to the carrier in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is usually 5–12 business days from dispatch, with the live estimate and price displayed for your postcode during checkout.

Tracking information is emailed once generated. Please inspect the package at arrival and contact trentbianca0421@outlook.com promptly if it is visibly damaged. Carrier investigations can take several business days, so keep packaging and labels until the issue is resolved.

The checkout will identify any taxes or import charges that Shopify can calculate. Where a carrier separately requests duty, VAT, or a handling fee, the recipient must pay it unless the order expressly states that charges are prepaid. We do not promise delivery to every remote or restricted address. An address correction after dispatch may be impossible or incur a carrier charge.
